We’re a small farm in Missouri exclusively breeding the very versatile American Bresse chicken. We raise the color and white varieties, adhering to the French Standard of Perfection of this incredible tri-purpose (taste, meat and eggs) heritage bird. With 400 years behind the French SOP it is tried and true.
Bio Security
To reduce the risk of avian born diseases we practice strict bio security measures. Our flock is “closed” with enough diversity to breed several flocks from our lines and because of this we meet our buyers at convenient locations away from our farm. We hope you understand, it is to benefit you as well as us!

Hatching
We breed to the French SOP (Standard Of Perfection), but we’re not a hatchery. We take small orders for day old White, Blue and Black chicks.
